Little newborn Dominic!! This is the baby I had been waiting 9months for! I photographed my best friend through the stages of her pregnancy and *finally* got my hands on baby Dominic. We had a great session, even if Dominic was more interested in eating than anything I was trying to do with him. He wasn’t much interested in sleeping either, but I still managed to get a few shots. 🙂

I had such a great time meeting this family! It was a beautiful fall day with fantastic color and leaves everywhere. We had a lot of fun walking around and talking while I snapped their family images. I tried to capture their personalities as well as beautiful portraits. I loved being able to capture these images for them

Meet Addison! This little sweet girl was born while I was on my summer family vacation. It worked out perfectly though, since I got my hands on her as soon as I got home. 🙂 She was so good during out session and her sister kept me company most of the time so naturally I had to get some individual shots of her too.

You know what is super fun? Reconnecting with high school friends and being able to meet their children and take their family images is so great! We had a beautiful day in August for this session and the park we met at was so pretty. Farrah was the sweetest. Such a huge smile. She took a little coaxing to smile -especially when she was alone without mommy or daddy.

Beautiful Rania! She was older than my usual newborn age during our session, but she was pure perfection! Just shows babies don’t NEED to be the traditional newborn age to be able to get beautiful images. She did such a great job and was so alert when I first started. Her family was the sweetest and check out that view! I had to take advantage of the gorgeous light and windows in their apartment. 🙂

Meet newborn Steele. Such a tiny and gorgeous little man. I had so much fun at his newborn session, even if he did make me work my butt off to get his shots. He was so small and so curly and just so perfect. I’ve never worked with such a curly newborn so it was super fun. Mom had a couple hats she wanted to incorporate in his session, which I always love. Best part was how big the hats were! Such a great memory to have. I love newborn photography.

Oh Gerard. Sweet, adorable, hilarious Gerard. I met him and his awesome family for a mini session a few months back. We agreed to meet at a park without realizing there was a large family reunion/picnic going on at the same time. It was comical to realize how busy it was when we arrived. We made it work though. Gerard has a personality as big as his beautiful brown eyes and it was so fun photographing him. Once he decided he was done though, that was that. 🙂 He had spoken and we had to listen. But he was definitely game for the session and we got some super sweet images.

Oh little Nolan. What a little charmer. So sweet and so perfect. Nolan was only 6 days old when I met him for his newborn session. He was so good for me, but did like to stop a few times to snuggle and snack with mom. 🙂 In the end he was perfectly content to let me snuggle him and pose him. We had an awesome session and meeting him and his family was a pleasure.

Meet gorgeous Omar. What a sweet and perfect little guy. He was only home a day before I visited him for his newborn session! He was so good for me and let me pose him however I wanted. He even gave me a little smile! At first he was wide awake, which I love because I do love me some open eyed newborn pictures. After a little while he fell asleep and stayed that way for a good portion of our session. He was perfect. 🙂

My first little gender reveal! When I found out my best friend was pregnant, naturally I was thrilled for her, but after that faded all I kept thinking was “oh the things we can do during her pregnancy!” (is that normal? I assume for fellow photogs it’s a normal reaction…Yea, I’ll go with that…) So I’ve photographed her bump a few times so far, but I also wanted to do a fun gender reveal! We kept it simple, but still fun! Here’s a little share from our gender reveal session.
